About Megan Mast, MSW LCSW

Clinical Therapist

Megan Mast profile image

My hope as a therapist is to provide a space where clients feel comfortable sharing and can explore their most authentic selves. While I utilize approaches from many therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I first prioritize building a genuine connection with my clients. Without a healthy therapist-client relationship, I believe therapeutic techniques hold little value.

I see myself as just as human as my clients, and I truly enjoy learning from them while working collaboratively toward their goals. I deeply empathize with clients and greatly appreciate the vulnerability it takes to seek therapy. I'm honored to be the "keeper of your stories" and look forward to the meaningful work we can do together.
