Loren Ketelsen, MSW LCSW
Clinical Therapist
I meet each person where they are, honoring their unique experiences and the courage it takes to seek support. Many people come to therapy feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to begin — and my goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel truly comfortable exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I encourage my clients to be curious and compassionate toward their inner critic, allowing for self-awareness, deeper exploration, and meaningful growth.
My approach is grounded in a strength-based, trauma-informed lens, with a deep belief in empowering clients by instilling hope and courage. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all method, I draw on the most effective tools for each individual — weaving together Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered therapy, Mindfulness, play-based therapy, and expressive modalities to best meet you where you are in your journey.
