Chelsea Flores

With over 10 years of experience working with individuals across the lifespan, I am dedicated to fostering independence through therapy and supporting my clients in exploring their personal interests while celebrating the expression of their personal identity. My approach integrates evidence-based ABA methods with compassion-centered frameworks to create personalized, meaningful support. I believe every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and empathy throughout the therapeutic process, and I am committed to empowering clients to develop the skills and confidence necessary to live fulfilling and independent lives.

I focus on teaching socially significant behaviors that enhance independence and quality of life, including communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, and coping skills. I tailor each intervention to the client’s environment and individual strengths, promoting generalization and meaningful skill use in daily life. I also emphasize caregiver training and collaboration with the client’s support network to ensure consistency and long-term success.
